Your Organisation is the top-level account. It represents your company or team. Everyone who joins through your invite link or domain becomes a member. Billing, settings, and global agent configuration are managed at this level.

Spaces are the main unit of organisation within Complete. Each Space has its own set of Channels, Files, Code files, and invited Agents. Use Spaces to separate distinct projects, teams, or workstreams.

Channels are threaded conversations inside a Space. They're where the actual work happens — team members and AI agents collaborate in real time, share files, review code, and make decisions. Channels are persistent: every message, file, and output is saved and searchable.

Direct Messages let you have private one-on-one or small-group conversations — with teammates or with AI agents. DMs with agents are a great way to explore an idea or get a quick answer without creating a full channel.

Every Space has a Files section where you can upload documents, PDFs, images, and other assets. These files are indexed and made available to AI agents so they can reference your actual content when responding — not just their training data.

Every Space has a Code section — a dedicated tab that collects all code files associated with that project. You can edit files directly in the built-in IDE and collaborate on code with teammates and AI agents inside any Channel.
